Bob Shealy (For Donald Shealy)
Each person I met was eager to help whatever their position. I want to name a few that I can recall, but remember that the list will not be complete because I did not recall some names. They are: Casey, Michelle, Niki, Julie, Ron, Linda, Mary, Mia, Elizabeth, Gloria, Donna, and Ginger. My father and I much appreciated Their care and concern. Thank you all very, very much. I want to single-out Mrs. Casey Sinclair. I cannot tell you adequately of the quality of care, service, and concern that she provided. Even after hours and using her personal time off to meet my father’s needs. She is exceptional, and a valued employee, I am sure. She represents your facility in all aspects quite well. Thank you, Mrs. Sinclair, for a job well done.
The therapy department, nursing staff, and administration staff are beyond excellent. They all work really well together. I’m just crazy about my doctor, Dr. Bernardo who is outstanding.
I went to Springfield Place for bariatric care from August 22nd to November 8th. I lost about 80 lbs through the help of all the nursing department, the therapy department and my doctor. This is the best I have felt in at least 20 years. The staff at Springfield Place including the therapist and everyone who came to see me every day really went above and beyond in taking care of me. Everyone could not have been any sweeter and nicer to me here!
The nurses here, especially Mary Dawn, were so good to me.
I was very impressed to have my own advocate here that came to see me every day and who actually sat down to laugh and talk with me.
I can’t say enough how good the food is here even better than the hospital. I was very pleased.
Therapy always talked to me about what was going on. They made me feel good. This is one fine place! I never had to worry about anything.
I knew I would love Springfield Place & JF Hawkins because of its good reputation and good therapy.Ms. Marnie and Dennis Marshall both stood out to me. This was my 3rd visit for rehab and I love it here!
Springfield Place & JF Hawkins seemed like the perfect option for me because it was so close to home. The physical therapy really stood out to me! The people that worked with me were very good.

I just wanted to contact you because my father in law stayed at JF Hawkins pretty much the past month for short-term rehab. I understand that your husband is in charge there. I wanted to pass along our appreciation for the care that he received when he was there. We are very thankful for all of the staff and nurses that helped him. He felt cared for while he was there and that means so much to us. He was discharged Thursday and is back home with us now. When he talks about his stay he has good things to say. I know that we live in a world where we hear lots of complaints and I just wanted to tell you how appreciative we are. Please share this with your husband. I hope you are enjoying your weekend. Thanks again!
