Christmas Time at SpringField Place & J.F. Hawkins!

I knew I would love Springfield Place & JF Hawkins because of its good reputation and good therapy.Ms. Marnie and Dennis Marshall both stood out to me. This was my 3rd visit for rehab and I love it here!

All of the staff have all been wonderful at Springfield Place & JF Hawkins.

I appreciate so much how I was treated and I thank everyone here for looking out for me.

The nurses here, especially Mary Dawn, were so good to me. I was very impressed to have my own advocate here that came to see me every day and who actually sat down to laugh and talk with me. I can’t say enough how good the food is here even better than the hospital. I was very pleased.

I just wanted to contact you because my father in law stayed at JF Hawkins pretty much the past month for short-term rehab. I understand that your husband is in charge there. I wanted to pass along our appreciation for the care that he received when he was there. We are very thankful for all of the staff and nurses that helped him. He felt cared for while he was there and that means so much to us. He was discharged Thursday and is back home with us now. When he talks about his stay he has good things to say. I know that we live in a world where we hear lots of complaints and I just wanted to tell you how appreciative we are. Please share this with your husband. I hope you are enjoying your weekend. I wouldn’t mind coming back here anytime if I needed to. I love the therapy department.

I went to Springfield Place for bariatric care from August 22nd to November 8th. I lost about 80 lbs through the help of all the nursing department, the therapy department and my doctor. This is the best I have felt in at least 20 years. The staff at Springfield Place including the therapist and everyone who came to see me every day really went above and beyond in taking care of me. Everyone could not have been any sweeter and nicer to me here!

Marlana has been exceptional- She has gone above and beyond being a great nurse. Jazmine, Kerry, Sarah, and Jason have all been so good. All the nursing staff has been great!

You all are life savers!

Thank you to ALL the staff at Springfield Place. The care I received was catered to my needs and set me on the road to living independently. My family received peace of mind knowing that I was safe and well cared for. I can't say enough about the dedication of the staff, the beauty of the facility, and the administrative support that I received as a resident. Five stars for Springfield Place and my eternal gratitude.
